All of the Recommended Media Made a Big Impact. Now, I Share Them With You.

There are a number of great paths out there, both for spirituality itself and healing in particular. Although I am something of an eclectic, in my experience finding a solid system to use has many advantages: Like any system, the idea is to get predictable, repeatable results. Unless you intend to spend your time wandering ineffectively (instead of wandering with purpose), it's good to have a system.

On this page, I'll present what I honestly recommend as systems both for spiritual development and learning healing and energy work.

The Higher Balance Institute

If you try out anything on this page or the entire site, try this. It's a very elegant system, with a foundation of short (less than half an hour) meditations. The how and why of meditation is clearly explained, and the results are incredible. It's probably best if I just stop typing and let my video do the talking:

Mygenie

What? You're not checking out Higher Balance? It's ok. I understand. You want to keep looking. Check it out sometime, though. It's good stuff.

Anyway.

Mygenie is a great resource for EFT. They have hundreds of videos specifically designed for people who are new to EFT. Just find the video for your purpose and follow along. They have videos on specific purposes as well as more general videos to give you the hang of the technique.

The Quantum Light Breath

This was a meditation technique I used just before finding Higher Balance, and at the time it was the most advanced meditation technique I'd found. I'm still impressed by it. It's an hour-long meditation/breathwork session which is really all about letting go of pent-up emotion and opening up. Not much there on gathering energy, but simply opening up does much more than most people would imagine. I bought the CD for $12 based on glowing reports from an associate. These days, you can download it for less than a buck. Go figure.
