How I Learned EFT, and How You Can Learn EFT the EasiestAlthough there are many ways to learn eft, some are better than others. I first picked up EFT by reading online, and it served me well. Later on, I expanded this out by diving into a lengthy but thorough book on the subject, and rounded it off with some excellent visual guides. Each one has its advantages, and I'll share each one. As I said, I started by reading online. I was discussing Reiki and people kept mentioning EFT. I went and got a free ebook on the subject. In fact you can still get the starter info I started with here. It provided me with the basics, and was enough to get me going, although I felt that I'd been handed a tool and turned loose without guidance on how to make the most of it. The same site had more in-depth courses on DVD, but were way too expensive in my opinion. I decided to seek more knowledge elsewhere. Later on, I found a book called The Promise of Energy Psychology. This was a more clinical treatment of EFT, also trying to rename it. Nevertheless, it was great for showing the noticeable effects that EFT has on the body and brain. It was co-written with Gary Craig, the founder of the technique. I later learned that he went on to write an independent guide to learn EFT (although I hear it's mostly the same as the ebook I mentioned earlier). Looking for something more direct and applied as to theoretical, I kept looking. Eventually I found a site that had video tutorials on the technique and countless walkthroughs on specific aspects and uses of EFT. I was absolutely blown away. I'm glad I did my research, and am also glad that I had the theoretical background, so I have a greater understanding and appreciation of EFT. However, if I had a choice about which way I'd learn EFT from scratch? I'd head over to the video site and not look back. For the most easily absorbed info on EFT's practice and usage, that is the way to go. For further reading:
