Use EFT for Weight Loss to Focus Your Effort, and Avoid Sabotage. Weight loss is a tricky problem. People try many things, with mixed success. Using EFT for weight loss can make massive differences in your success and enjoyment of life. Speaking from both observation and personal experience, weight loss is a complex matter of emotions. Both akin to a battle and a puzzle, it is extremely hard for some people to shed un-needed pounds, yet extremely easy for the next person. Briefly, the major emotional issues that interfere with shedding excess weight boil down to these:

How EFT can help.Of course, the big advantage of using EFT for weight loss, is that it can go through many of these like the old "hot knife through butter": On the general problems list above, using EFT for weight loss can help people to realize that they aren't limited to food alone for enjoyment. Similarly, as emotional/energetic problems melt away, protective armor becomes un-necessary, and EFT is a far better coping mechanism than eating. Once the habit of EFT is established, "emotional eating" stops being so much of a problem. This practice takes time to develop, but it gets easier very quickly, as I'll explain below.
An interesting side-note here is that nobody is really who they think
they are. We are energy beings residing in human bodies. To confuse the
body and it's reflexes and trained reactions with who we really are is
a big mistake and one that we all make. With
training you can learn to tell the difference, and this grants
great freedom.
One of the most underrated obstacles to us getting what we want is ourselves. This is a cliché, but is none-the-less true. If you are trying to do something that you perceive "isn't who you are", then you will fight and burn yourself to the last breath to prevent you from getting there. Even if you make temporary progress, it will backfire. In using EFT for weight loss, you can remove those outdated concepts of who you are and set your own definitions. By realizing that the definitions that have ruled you so long aren't really "you", you then can decide for yourself. If you're not burning yourself out in a pointless and futile war for what direction to take, you will find that you can simply take action. In some cases, it will be almost automatic. When people talk about "effortless change", this is what they are describing. Action takes effort. There is no way around that. However, next to the epic and self-destructive battle of trying to act "against your nature", it can seem effortless. The EFT for weight loss how-to.This is actually surprisingly simple. If you have learned the basics of EFT, then it's just a matter of application. The attack will be on two fronts: challenging limiting beliefs about yourself and calming counter-productive impulses. Anything which you think limits you, or you think makes it easy for you to believe that you can't get rid of the weight, is a target. Use EFT therapy on each one in turn. If you feel pulled to work on one in particular, start with that. Keep going, and you'll find the courage to face the really troubled areas. If you've kept the weight as armor, you will be tapping to remove that old programming. Keep going until you get a sense of being done. The other way to use EFT for weight loss is an in-the-moment technique to keep yourself on the path. When you feel like eating in an unhealthy way, or think that you don't need to get up and move around, try a few minutes of EFT and see how you feel. This isn't a cure-all, but it will give you a tool for working from your mind, and not your trained responses. As you may have noticed, this is rather broad in scope; you can apply this technique to any aspect of your life where you're looking to "shape up". The two-pronged method of working on your relationship to the problem and dealing with the problem directly will give you a leg up in no only getting to a healthy weight for you, but any endeavor which requires a stretch to get there.
