ARCH Healing - Reiki Healing Combined with the Wisdom of the Kahuna.

The system of ARCH healing came to Lauri Grant (A Reiki Master) when she was in Hawaii and was studying the Stones of Life when she had a vision and was given the techniques. ARCH is an acronym for Ancient Rainbow Conscious Healing and is consistent with records of ancient Hawaiian healing methods.

It is theorized to be more powerful and versatile than Reiki due to how each one works: Reiki works mainly from the heart and so ARCH practitioners call it the Emerald Ray. The basic principle of ARCH is that it operates not just from the heart but from many different "frequencies", thus giving it greater versatility and capacity for healing.

Like Reiki, ARCH can be used for direct, hands-on healing or for remote healing. Most of the reports I've found have been of ARCH distance work, so this may be the preferred method.

One of the guiding principles of ARCH is that it will bring subconscious blocks to healing to the surface. Once you are consciously aware of them, you can then decide to let them go and receive the healing. This is similar in spirit to what one finds in EFT.

A note here: I myself do not have any direct experience with the ARCH system. I first found out about ARCH because the founder is in my Reiki lineage (Who taught my teacher, and who taught them and so on, back to Dr, Usui). If someone does have some ARCH experiences to share, please let me know.
