Alternative Energy Healing: Many paths to the same goal.

A quick note before we get going here... When I say alternative energy healing I don't mean that it is somehow lesser than the other methods.

Instead, this section of the site is about variations and methods of energy healing that aren't quite as popular as the more traditional Reiki, or EFT and such. These are popular for a reason, and that is that many have had great results using them. However, everyone is a little different.

The important thing to remember is that like any effort, it all comes down to the results you are getting. If you've tried EFT and it isn't working for you, try something else. If you find yourself attracted to crystals and other stones for their energetic properties, then use that. Some people even combine Reiki with the use of crystals.

In a world this large, with so many unique individuals, it makes sense that people will react differently to different methods. Some people prefer the ARCH method to Reiki, for example. Being pragmatic soul at heart, I urge you to experiment and find what really flows for you. Once you have found that, then run with it.

Energy healing is an art.

Like any art form, one starts off by learning the basics. They get the fundamentals down, and then blend their own style into what they have learned. Learn the forms, then become formless. Keeping a balance between technical mastery and that indefinable spark they bring to the artwork, they can produce masterpieces. This is true of any artistic endeavor. From the martial arts, to oil and canvas, to architecture, to mechanical design, to energy healing and more.

As your level of skill grows, you will rely less on rote form and technique, and be able to do more with less. While the saying "It's a poor craftsman that blames his tools." can seem rather unpleasant, it actually describes that a good craftsman can accomplish great things, even without all the bells and whistles.

There are far more methods and variations forms of alternative energy healing than any website will ever be able to cover. All I can try to do here is to guide you through the basics, and let you explore and develop your own style from there.
