Here's Energy Healing Bulletin #007 - Forgotten but Not Gone :-D September 24, 2009 |
Hello, and welcome to the seventh edition of the newsletter. In this e-mail, I answer some questions, discuss keeping our spiritual nature a priority, and share some of my experiences. News Flash!Still working on getting back into the flow. Thanks for your patience. This Edition's Topic: Keeping MomentumBelieve it or not, I'm continuing to learn more about myself and my spiritual nature as I continue to recover. I've read of cases (and seen them) where a spiritual person loses track of themselves when the daily grind intervenes. Their spirituality gets washed away like a sand castle. They literally wind up losing themselves.I didn't want that to be me. I was very worried that I was being carried down this path. Although I view fear as more problem than benefit, I decided to use it to my advantage this time. I let my fear of having my awareness fade propel me towards maintaining my spiritual practice, and it worked well. Now, I'm back where I was and even better. I actually expanded my understanding of how the body responds to a change, especially a sudden one like an operation. No matter how positive you are, the body will often have a level of resentment, thinking that this is a weakening or a lessening. Instead, I learned to communicate down to the very cells of the body, and set up an understanding that this is a new era of strength and wellbeing. The bad times are over and there are wonderful times starting right now. This has paid great dividends in my physical wellness. Q&A SectionI had a great question posed to me by a reader. I really knocked me over: Considering that I write for healers, why didn't I ask for help?Well, the immediate answer was "Why would I ask for help? I am here to serve, not to waste the time of others." The ensuing conversation was a great exploration of how interconnected we are, and how some might have jumped at the chance to practice distance healing skills. For those of you who had a similar reaction: Please accept my apologies and my assurance that I wasn't trying to be selfish. Other ErraraNot only am I open to questions, but also to pointers. What do you like, and what do you want to see more of? What works for you and what doesn't? I write for you, so let me know how I'm doing :-)Also, if anyone is interested in exchanging links, just use the contact form. If you've got a site with good info, I'll be happy to send folks your way. See you next time! |
